Core
The core is constructed using thin sheet of cold-rolled grain-oriented magnetic silicon steel. They provide low iron loss ,low noise ,compact size and the best performance for high efficiency transformers. These sted sheets are 0.30mm, 0.27mm or 0.23mm thick.
Step-lab core
The step-lab cores are wound, cut, compressed into square shape and then annealed. Bundles of core sheets are subsequently passed through the window of the winding. It is suitable for application single-phase or three-phase. It has excellent magnetic circuits which reduce iron loss and greatly increase the mechanical strength of the transformer.
Stacking core
The stacking cores are cut at an angle of 45°core sheets. Then the sheets are stacked in an overlap pattern of either single or multiple overlaps. It has best performance on lower no-load losses, low noise and excellent mechanical strength.
Windings
Low voltage windings
Low voltage windings are usually made of copper sheet conductor. Its made of electrolytically pure copper with a rigorously guaranteed conductivity. The benefit of this, the windings have a compact size excellent heat transmission and outstanding anti-short-circuits strength.
According to the design specification, the insulation paper use thermally upgraded insulating kraft paper.
High voltage windings
High voltage windings are wound directly onto the low voltage winding. The copper use high quality insulating enamel coating or paper-wrapped rectangular copper. The windings are almost exclusively of layered construction. Between the layers consists of thermally upgraded insulating kraft paper, the windings sustain very high radial repellent forces, high lightening impulse resistivity and low load lose.
Assembling cores and windings to build an active part
High quality porcelain bushings are used on the high or low voltage's terminals mounted on the cover, which is then fixed onto the assembled active part. Optional bushing wells, inserts, and elbows are upon request, allowing high voltage cables to be inserted directly, and show no live parts outside
In accordance with the capacity of the transformer and the standard, the accessories include off-circuit type tap changer, filling hole, drain valve, safety valve, standard thermometer, oil level gauge, skid wheel, jacking pad, breather, earthing terminal, and etc.,

Core &Coil assembly
The Tank
All tanks are assembled by cold rolled and hot rolled steel plates through welding. They are equipped with radiators or corrugated steel sheets in accordance with the capacity of the transformer. Meanwhile, reinforced structure and pressure relief valves enhance the strength of tanks to face a harsh operation environment.
The tank must go through degreasing, acid cleaning, phosphide film, oxide primer, and polyuthane process etc. to guarantee its functioning in the worst opeation environment.
Filling
The transformers are placed in a vacuum and filled with pre-treated oil under deep vacuum. Our transformers filled with mineral insulating oil , or high fire-point oil, etc. The oil acts both as a coolant and as an insulating medium.
